Wanda Morganstern founded and operated her Atlanta based commercial real estate company in 1999 after 10 years working in the industry for other local and international commercial real estate companies.

In March of 2013 Wanda opened Film Friendly GA to represent property owners as a service to the booming film, TV, commercial & print industry in Atlanta. Film Friendly GA is proud to be not only be the first full service location services company in Atlanta, but also the most comprehensive location services company in Atlanta. Film Friendly GA is pleased to have provided Location Services to SOLACE, starring Anthony Hopkins and Colin Farrell as its first film location.

In 2005 Wanda created and hosted a daily radio talk show on 1620AM called “Sandy Springs Today” where she became known as “The Wanda-ful Voice of Sandy Springs Today”. She also created and hosted “At Large”, a television series focused on Atlanta’s Dirty Little Secret: the trafficking of children for sexual exploitation. She did all this while running her commercial real estate business, doing extensive volunteer work and serving on Boards of Directors of various civic and community organizations along the way.
